All returns must be submitted through our return portal.
We accept returns on Styling Marketplace items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging, and must not be worn, altered, or washed. If a return does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back.
If you are returning items from multiple vendors, each item will require its own return label.
All approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, less a return shipping fee per order.
For international orders, customers are responsible for arranging return shipments. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable, and all applicable fees will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for items sent back outside of our return portal.
