To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our RETURN PORTAL HERE.

Don't forget to let us know why you are returning as it will only help tailor future collections for you!

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All packaging (including any bags) shipped with your order must be returned. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

All returns that comply with the above policy will be refunded to your original payment method with 10 business days, less a $10.00 restocking fee per order. The return fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund. This gives us the appropriate amount of time to have the item(s) inspected for quality at our warehouse in Brooklyn, NY.

All returns for store credit and exchanges are free and exempt from restocking fee. 

International customers are responsible for arranging return shipments. The outbound international shipping fee is not refundable. All fees will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our return timeframe.
