Each order is hand picked and packed with love from our warehouse in Brooklyn, NY. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as your your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive another email with your tracking number and estimated delivery. You will receive your last notification from us when you order is our for delivery. Please make sure to use an email address that is often checked to receive updates.
Classic Six products are eligible for domestic as well as international shipping to Canada.
CANADA: USD $45 Flat Rate
Note that international orders are shipped DDU (“Delivered Duties Unpaid”) and international customers are responsible for the payment of any additional associated duties and taxes, as well as for arranging a return shipment if necessary.
Classic Six has no control over these charges and cannot predict what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges.
We take full responsibility for every Classic Six package while in transit, however, once a shipment is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, the responsibility of the package becomes yours. Because of this, we do our very best to keep you informed of every step in the shipping process, so please make sure that when placing an order, you use an email address that is often checked to receive all in-transit shipping updates as well as the final "Out for Delivery" notification. Additionally, please make sure to have a secure place for the delivery of your Classic Six package.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer order cancellations once our warehouse starts fulfilling orders.
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
All returns that comply with the above policy will be refunded to your original payment method, less a $10.00 restocking fee per order. The return fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
All exchanges and returns for store credit are free and exempt from restocking fee. Returns made due to damages or because an incorrect item was sent are also excluded from the restocking fee.
Items returned outside this respective period will not be accepted.
We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our return timeframe.

International customers are responsible for arranging return shipments. The outbound international shipping fee is not refundable. All fees will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected at our warehouse in Brooklyn, NY.
