To help us translate this message to women all over the world, we are seeking a passionate Social Media Manager to join our vibrant team in NYC.
Position Overview:
As a Social Media Manager at Classic Six New York, you will be instrumental in enhancing our online presence. You will assist in creating and executing social media strategies that reflect our brand values and resonate with our audience. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry while working in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop visually appealing and engaging content (images, videos, graphics) for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and manage daily posts on all platforms, as well as daily posting of Instagram stories.
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and collaborations with influencers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track social media metrics and insights, providing regular reports on performance and suggesting data-driven improvements.
- Trend Research: Stay current with fashion trends and social media best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with our audience and influencers, fostering a strong brand community online.
- Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing and partnership team to ensure social media content aligns with overall brand strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, Graphic Design or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience managing social media accounts (internships or personal projects) is preferred.
- Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights), and apps like Shopify, Klayvio SKED and monday.com
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and build and follow a content calendar effectively.
- Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and an ability to create content that reflects the timeless style of Classic Six New York.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and brand voice.
- Passion for Fashion: A genuine interest in fashion trends and the e-commerce landscape.
