Classic Six is currently hiring 2 retail sales associates seeking steady employment mid-June through the Holiday season at our new pop-up location in Sag Harbor, New York.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Opening and closing the shop.
  • Ring up customers at checkout.
  • Master our POS system capabilities to perform sales, returns, special orders, shipments, and more.
  • Assist customers with product details and information.
  • Provide relevant fashion advice and product recommendations and sizing.
  • Possess 100% familiarity with our websites, store product offerings, brand story, who we are/what we do as a company.
  • Assist with receiving and processing new inventory.
  • Assist with stock taking.
  • Keep racks fully stocked.
  • Clean and tidy throughout shift.
  • Fully restock the store for the next shift/day.
  • Create a warm, welcoming, inspiring on brand client experience.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • A motivated and accountable self-starter who has a passion for fashion and a drive to share the concept behind Classic Six.
  • Understands time management, multitasking and is mindful of how to prioritize tasks in the moment.
  • Proactive with learned knowledge of the company. Always asking themselves how they can best help the customer.
  • Retain and maintain own reference materials for training and important information based on direction provided.
  • A great attention to detail.
  • Pride in keeping the shop clean and organized.
  • June availability for 20-40 hours per week.
  • Set schedule with limited conflicts from mid-June through September.
  • Ability to potentially stand for a full shift.
  • Calm, friendly, positive and professional demeanor with ability to remain composed and focused when busy or learning new tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, willingness to engage with clients.
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills and Shopify POS.
  • Sales and customer service focus a must.

COMPENSATION:

Hourly pay depending on experience + bonuses for meeting weekly sales goals.

References are required for all positions.

Training to begin early June 2023.
