CONTENT MANAGEMENT INTERNSHIP
Opportunity for full-time/part time hire
This intern should be prepared to work remotely, yet in a fast-paced digital environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing and creative in the world of fashion.
Classic Six is looking for an undergraduate student in the NYC area who is working towards English, Communications, Creative Writing, Public Relations or Journalism related degrees. This person should have excellent verbal and STRONG written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web and social media.
Oversee all content creation activities for the blog.
Work directly with contributors to ensure on-time deliverables for the blog.
Work closely with the CEO to devise a web content strategy that aligns with the company's wider goals.
Create/edit content marketing calendar to ensure regular content on the website throughout the year.
Write entertaining and informative search engine optimised copy when needed.
Keep up to date with industry best practice and monitor content activities of competitor websites.
Repurpose content for different mediums including social media and video when applicable.
Work alongside the social media management intern to create content for the different social media channels.
Find and manage new and existing contributors

Background of the ideal Content Manager:
- Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English.
- Creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content.
Additional would be a plus:
Previous experience working as a content manager or copywriter
